The long awaited St. Joseph's Chosen Church of God Ministers' conference for 2026 finally started today Wednesday February 18, 2026 at the auditorium of the Global Headquarters of the church at 1-2 Ogiamiem street, off Sakponba Road, Benin city, Edo State.
The first day started
beautifully with arrivals in the early hours while the ministers converged at the auditorium after preliminary arrangements with registrations and collection of seminar/conference materials. The organising committee could be noted here for doing a wonderful job on securing
accommodation for participants. The beautiful take off of the conference on the first day definitely has shown how successful the conference with the theme, "A good shepherd" would be.
Pastor Prince Egbon
lifted the souls of participants with praise and worship to the encouraging number of these ministers. Anchoring was also sequentially arranged with Apostle Inekhmon directing while Pastor Ogbu was announcing proceedings.
The day was rounded up
with the professor, Apostle Jacobson doing what he knows how to do best as the participants were treated to a message titled "seeking the lost." Finally, Apostle Godwin Ogbemudia brought the day's event to an end with a closing prayer.
The three day conference is packed with lectures, seminars, interactive sessions and to be rounded up on Friday, the last day with the Ministers Council meeting. It is expected that the ministers at the end of the conference
cannot return to their branches, zones and regions the same again.
